Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship our products worldwide.

Where are your products shipped from?

Our eco-friendly products are shipped from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To keep up with our swift processing times, any change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, requests made beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it's received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

When will my order be processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow some extra time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, the delivery of orders may take between 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?

In the event that you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Therefore, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be levied when your order arrives at its final destination. These charges, determined by your local customs office, are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

In the event you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all relevant information upon receipt of your package. We will work diligently to resolve your case as swiftly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please reach out to the card-issuing bank for queries about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not received a credit for your return yet, we recommend contacting your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
